Why Race and Culture Matter in the Classroom

This session will discuss the historical and contemporary significance of race, racism, and strategies for dismantling systemic inequities in schools, promoting a culture of equity and inclusion through curriculum and classroom practices. Featured speakers will be Estella Owoimaha-Church, Ndindi Kitonga, and Michael Anderson.
