Here are some tips to get you ready for your first week of classes:

Student Support 

The Eagles Help Desk is Here to Help You 

The Eagles Help Desk is your first stop to help guide you through college. You can reach them Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and Friday from 8:30 am to 4 pm.

How to Add a Class 

Quick Tip: You can add classes with open seats online through the second day of class through the  without a permission number.

Requesting a Permission Number to Add a Class 

After the second instructional day, you may request a permission number from the instructor to add the class. You can find your instructor’s email address on the Campus Directory.

Officially Enrolling with a Permission Number 

Once you receive a permission number, add your class in the  before the last day to add, to be officially enrolled.

Academic Counseling 

Unsure of which classes to take to reach your educational goal? Make time to speak with a counselor for academic guidance.

Pay Your Fees & Buy Textbooks

Student Fees & Financial Aid

Our Fee Policy has changed, so don’t forget to pay your student fees! You can pay your registration and other fees online or in-person at the Business Office. You can also visit Financial Aid to get help paying for college with grants and other resources.

Getting Textbooks

Stop by the Campus Bookstore to purchase your textbooks, course materials, class supplies, backpacks, Monarch gear, etc. To search and buy your required textbooks and supplies, go to  .


Getting to Campus 

Main Campus

Our Main Campus is located at , and student parking is available on levels 2, 3 & 4 of our parking structure with a valid parking permit.

CMS & HFAC Buildings

Our Center for Math & Science (CMS) and Health, Fitness & Athletics Complex (HFAC) Buildings are located on a separate campus.

If you enroll in a class with a classroom that begins with CMS or HFAC, you will need to make your way to East Campus, which is located at . Parking is available behind the complex with a valid parking permit.

Parking permits are required for Fall 2025. &²Ô²ú²õ±è;Parking permits can be purchased for $20 through the , or at the Business Office (now located on the first floor of the Student Services and Administration Building on Main Campus).

Get Your FREE MetroGo Pass before Sept. 30 

Did you know you can take public transportation to campus at NO COST! All students enrolled in Fall 2025 classes are eligible to get a FREE Metro GoPass.

But don’t wait! Pick up your GoPass TAP Card at the  and activate it by September 30, 2025.


Online Classes 

Access Your Online Class 

To log into your online class through the SIS/Canvas: 

  • Go to the  
  • Login ID/Users ID: Your 9-digit student ID number (example: 881234567 or 900123456)

Student Health Center  

Our Student Health Center is open to students seeking medical and behavioral health services, and is open year-round.

Full-time and part-time students enrolled in the current semester are eligible to use the Student Health Center. Fees may apply. Please bring a photo ID and insurance information to your visit.
